In addition to our various fundraising and social functions, the club meets twice a month on Mondays. We do invite guests to our meetings but please make contact beforehand (see the 'How to Contact Us' page.)

The first meeting of the month is held at on the first Monday at The Haywain, SS17 9NR (at the junction of the A13 and A176, on the exit towards Fobbing). MAP. At this meeting we conduct the business of the club. This is the meeting where formal decisions about fundraising, community services and fellowship activities are made. In months such as May, when the first Monday may be a Bank Holiday, then the meeting date is slipped a week.

The second meeting of the month is held on the third Monday and is is primarily of a social nature. It is held at St Andrews Church Hall in London Road, Wickford, Essex, SS12 0AN MAP
